Announcement on the Follow-Up of Tuition Fee (UKT) Adjustment for Final-Year Students at Diponegoro University
Diponegoro University (Undip) has officially announced the follow-up on the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) adjustment for final-year students who have applied for UKT exemption and have not yet made their payment for the Even Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This announcement refers to Letter Number: 442/UN7.A2/KU/XI/2024, dated November 12, 2024, which outlines the procedures and schedule for UKT adjustment implementation.
The announcement is signed by the Vice-Rector for Planning, Finance, Business, and General Affairs, Dr. Warsito Kawedar, S.E., M.Si., Akt., and is addressed to students who have applied for UKT adjustment, urging them to follow the established procedures.
UKT Adjustment Schedule and Mechanism
To ensure a smooth UKT adjustment process, Undip has set the following stages:
March 3–16, 2025
- Final-year students who graduate by February 10, 2025, must upload their Graduation Certificate (SKL) through the official portal: https://ukt.undip.ac.id
March 17–20, 2025
- Verification process of UKT adjustment applications by each Faculty/School.
March 21, 2025
- Deadline for submission of UKT adjustment proposals from Faculties/Schools to the University.
March 24, 2025
- University-level verification of UKT adjustments.
March 25, 2025
- Finalization of the UKT adjustment follow-up for final-year students.
Instructions for Student
Students who meet the criteria are expected to complete the required documents promptly and adhere to the given schedule. Delays in document submission or verification processes may affect the smooth implementation of the UKT adjustment.
