Public Satisfaction Survey and Index

As a manifestation of our commitment to providing excellent public service, this survey was conducted to assess satisfaction levels, gather suggestions and input, and identify areas for improvement to achieve higher-quality service.

Survey Results and Public Satisfaction Index

The Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University (FIB UNDIP) regularly conducts public satisfaction surveys to evaluate academic and non-academic services. The results are summarized in the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM), which indicates that service quality is quite good, although there are still areas for continuous improvement to achieve optimal service quality.
